clasroom discipline and procedure

Dr. Wong explain the different of classroom discipline and procedure. Yes, it is very effective and professionalism that you have as discipline in the classroom, it's for you as teacher and for your students.
I agree that it should be implemented in the classroom at the very first day of school and should practice it in one week until they become habit to follow or to do the procedure. In one classroom, a teacher should use discipline to make sure that routine is maintained,students are in a safe learning environment. Even though discipline may sounds negative, the goal of it is to teach students boundaries and limits to help them achieve their life goals.

Without of this, learning may not be accomplish if the students continue disrupt the teacher, the others in class are affected. If a student does not follow the rules and does not complete activities or homework, that student is missing out on disciplinary learning opportunities. The goal of discipline is to make sure that every student deserves to attain the most from their education.
